Funding has been made available for 100 loans.  First-come, first-served until funds are exhausted. Purchase transactions only. Can be used with $10,000 KHC Down payment Assistance Program (DAP).  Details $2,000 Closing Cost Grant - no repayment required. Can be used for down payment, closing costs, and prepaids.
